This policy describes how Miazuki handles information during its private beta.

Who operates Miazuki?

Miazuki is a software service operated by MIAZUKI LLC (“MIAZUKI”, “we”, “us”).

What information we use

Miazuki may process account information, workspace settings, customer messages, channel identifiers, attachments and operational activity needed to provide the service, keep it secure and help teams respond to customers.

How we use it

We use information to provide the workspace, display conversations, prepare recommendations, prevent duplicate actions, maintain audit history, improve reliability and respond to support requests.

Connected channels

When a workspace connects a social or email channel, Miazuki processes the data that the workspace administrator authorizes. The administrator can disconnect a channel and request deletion of the associated data.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed for the service, security, legal obligations and the workspace’s instructions. To request deletion, use the data deletion page.
