Data deletion

You can request deletion of a Miazuki workspace and the connected channel data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email admin@miazuki.com with the workspace name and the connected channel that should be removed. Requests should come from a workspace administrator or an authorized representative.

What happens next

We verify the request, disconnect the requested channel, remove the associated workspace data according to our retention policy and confirm completion. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Meta callbacks

If you connected Miazuki through Meta, you can also remove the app from your Facebook settings. This does not replace a request to delete data stored in Miazuki, so please submit both requests when needed.
